The history of human civilization has undergone a series of events and crises, the emergence of each of which has always played a significant role in shaping or changing the behavioral habits of human societies.
Methodology: The present study is developmental-applied in terms of purpose and combined (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of study method and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The study population was selected in the qualitative part of key individuals and in the quantitative part of selected experts in Kermanshah province. Sampling in the qualitative part was done by theoretical technique using judging techniques and snowballs and in the quantitative part, the available sample was selected. The criterion for selecting the sample size is theoretical saturation in the qualitative part and Morgan and Krejcie in the quantitative part of the table. This number was set at 20 in the qualitative part and 387 in the quantitative part, respectively. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the interview is in-depth and semi-structured and in the quantitative part is a researcher-made questionnaire. Assessing the validity of internal validity (validity) in the qualitative part of the research using four criteria; pluralism, conflict with the subject, member approval and peer review and in the quantitative part was determined using content validity; Also, measuring the internal reliability of the instrument (reliability) in the qualitative part of the research, test reliability and in the quantitative part of the correlation coefficient index and Cronbach's alpha were considered, respectively. The calculated Holsti reliability formula was 89.66% in the qualitative part and 0.746% in the quantitative part, which indicates the reliability and reliability of the tool. Data analysis was used in the qualitative part using qualitative (thematic) content analysis method and in the quantitative part, descriptive and inferential statistics were used.
Findings: The results of inductive content analysis of the data obtained from the qualitative section during the three procedures of categorization, conceptualization and coding resulted in the identification of 388 codes, 44 concepts, 8 subcategories and 4 general categories. The results obtained from the analysis of the binomial test indicate the importance of all factors in the eyes of the general respondents.
Conclusion: In summary, the results of this study showed that basically, consumer behavior in any form in crisis situations is associated with changes that the variable of crisis duration can play a key role in the level and depth of forgetting a behavior. The results of this study also lead to the identification of a five-part range of goods and services in critical situations that can be categorized from necessary to deletable and displayed in five situations: intensification, weakening, delay, replacement and complete suspension of purchases.
