[English]

In today's world of complexity, uncertainty and unpredictable environment Bvdntghyyrat approach and traditional design concepts, organizations are affected. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to these changes and try to push your workforce to liven. Agility can go forward on the path towards better utilization of labor organizations guide. This operation can be better used in improving the performance of employees. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 811/0. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling software and Smart PLS2.0 were studied. The results indicate that the positive relationship between agility labor and innovation of new products there. In addition, components of labor activism agility, flexibility and resilience are also positively correlated both with the innovation of new products.
