Human resource productivity is an important subject in theory and practice, so increase of productivity is the first priority in most of organizations. The main purpose of most organizations is creating value for their shareholders. So it is necessary to understand effect of human resource productivity in achieving this goal and find the obstacles. The purpose of this research is examining the effect of human resource productivity on firm's market value in the case of Tehran Stock Exchange. Therefore, 112 companies during 1380-1384, selected as sample and that relationship were examined. We used regression and correlation analyses and founded that there is significant correlation between these variables, and results are approved thorough all industry types.
