مطالعۀ رابطۀ بین هوش کسب‌وکار، جذابیت و قابلیت‌های درونی بانک با رقابت‌پذیری آنها (مورد مطالعه: بانک‌های دولتی استان ایلام)

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق مطالعة رابطة بین هوش کسب‌و‌کار، جذابیت و قابلیت‌های درونی بانک با رقابت‌پذیری آنهاست. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی- مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. جامعة آماری تحقیق 1800 نفر است که شامل تمام مدیران و کارکنان شعب بانک‌های دولتی استان ایلام می‌شود. با استفاده از جدول مورگان، 317 نفر برای نمونة مورد نظر انتخاب شدند و روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق سهمیه‌ای بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته بود که پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. درنهایت، مجموعة داده‌ها به‌کمک نرم‌افزار LISREL با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش‌ها نشان دادند بین هوش کسب‌وکار، جذابیت بانک و قابلیت‌های درونی بانک‌ها با رقابت‌پذیری آنها رابطة مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to consider the relationship between enterprise intelligence, attractiveness and banks’ internal capabilities with their competitiveness. Research method is descriptive-correlative with structural equation model. Statistical community includes all managers and employees in various branches of Ilam provincial public (governmental) banks, totally 1800 subjects. By using Morgan table, 317 subjects were selected as sample. Research sampling method is proportional. To gather data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, its reliability was confirmed by using α-cronbach. Finally, data set were analyzed by means of LISREL or structural equations modeling. Research results show that there is a direct, positive and significant relationship between enterprise intelligence, attractiveness and banks’ internal capabilities with their competitiveness.
