تجزیه‎وتحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت شراکت‏ های راهبردی با رویکرد پویایی‏ های سیستم (مورد مطالعه: خوشۀ صنعتی کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد)

چکیده

در دهه‏های اخیر با توجه به پیچیدگی‏های محیطی، همکاری‏های بین‌‏شرکتی به منبع عظیمی از مزیت‏های رقابتی برای شرکت‏ها تبدیل شده است. مطالعات حاکی از ناموفق‎بودن این ساختارهای همکاری در درازمدت است. در این پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت پویای شراکت راهبردی مبتنی بر روش پویایی‏های سیستم، عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت شراکت راهبردی در خوشۀ صنعت کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد بررسی شده است. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت شراکت راهبردی، ایجاد ساختار روابط میان آنها و ارائۀ مدلی برای تحلیل تصمیم‏های شراکت است. با توجه به تأکید ادبیات پژوهش بر سرمایه‏های ارتباطی و تأیید صاحب‏نظران، تعهد، رویکرد همکارانه، اعتماد متقابل و رضایت از همکاری، عوامل کلیدی موفقیت شراکت راهبردی در نظر گرفته شده است. در این پژوهش پس از تدوین نمودار علی ـ معلولی، جریان سیاست‏‏های مختلف برای مدیریت مؤثر شراکت با استفاده از نمودار جریان بررسی شد. در نتیجۀ این بررسی‏ها مشخص شد متولیان اتحاد باید کاهش تعارضات غیرکارکردی، ایجاد حس مشترک بین شرکا و کاهش تضاد را در اولویت برنامه‏ریزی خود قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

In recent decades, due to the complexity of the environment, interorganizational collaboration has become the major source of competitive advantage for firms. Researches suggested that many of these partnership structures will meet failure in long term. Accordingly, this study based on system dynamics method was investigated the critical success factors of strategic alliances in the ceramics and tile industry cluster of Yazd province. The goal of this study is to develop the relationship structure between these factors and provide a model to analyze the decision of partnership. According to the research literature, relational capital such as commitment, collaborative approach, mutual trust and satisfaction was emphasized as the critical success factors of strategic alliances. In this research after drawing casual and flow diagrams, scenarios investigated. As the result of this survey, it is denoted that alliances administrators must warranted alliances success by focusing on conflict resolution in short time planning
