شناسایی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت برنامه ریزی راهبردی موفق با استفاده از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری (مطالعۀ موردی: شرکت سهامی بیمۀ ایران شهر تهران)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر برنامه‎ریزی راهبردی موفق با بهره‎مندی از روش آماری مدل معادلات ساختاری، به‎منظور ارائۀ مدلی برای موفقیت برنامه‎ریزی راهبردی شرکت بیمۀ ایران است. پس از بررسی پیشینۀ پژوهش و یکپارچه‎سازی نتایج آنها و اعمال نظر خبرگان، عوامل سازمانی مؤثر بر برنامه­ریزی راهبردی موفق، شناسایی شدند و در دو دستۀ عوامل تعاملی و عوامل عمومی قرار گرفتند. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است و از نظر شیوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی شمرده می‎شود. جامعۀ آماری آن را مدیران ارشد و میانی شرکت سهامی بیمۀ ایران شهر تهران (410 نفر) شکل داده است که به‎کمک نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای، 201 آزمودنی برای نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامۀ محقق‎ساخته است که روایی آن هم از دید صاحب‌نظران و هم به‎کمک روش آماری تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به تأیید رسید. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد عوامل تعاملی سازمان به‎طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و عوامل عمومی سازمان به‎طور مستقیم بر موفقیت برنامه­ریزی راهبردی مؤثرند.

چکیده [English]

The current study aims to identify factors that influence the success of strategic planning using statistical techniques of structural equation modeling to provide a model for successful strategic planning. After literature review and integration of the results, organizational factors influencing the success of strategic planning were identified and classified into two groups including interactive factors and general factors. In terms of purpose, the research is applied, and data collection method was descriptive- correlational. The population included top and middle managers of Iran Insurance Company of Tehran (410 people using cluster sampling, 201 subjects were selected and examined). Instruments for data collection were questionnaire the validity of which was confirmed based on the views of experts and confirmatory factor analysis; its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of the structural equation modeling showed that the interaction of factors directly and indirectly, and general factors directly affect the success of the strategic plan to be effective.
