ارائۀ مدل مزیت رقابتی شرکت‏های مشاورۀ مدیریت براساس نظریۀ قابلیت‏های پویا

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف اکتشاف فرایند تأثیرگذاری قابلیت‏های پویای سازمانی بر مزیت رقابتیِ شرکت‏های مشاورۀ مدیریت انجام پذیرفته است. به‎منظور اجرای پژوهش، از رویکرد کیفی بهره برده شد. روش استفاده‎شده در این تحقیق، نظریۀ داده‏بنیاد است که این روش با توجه به ماهیت اکتشافی تحقیق مناسب تشخیص داده شد. نمونه‏گیری با بهره‏مندی از منطق نمونه‏گیری نظری و روش قضاوتی هدفمند انجام گرفت و تا حصول اشباع نظری دنبال شد که درمجموع 17 شرکت مشاورۀ مدیریت را دربرگرفت. با مدیران‏ عامل و اعضای موظف هیئت‎مدیره این شرکت‏ها مصاحبه‏هایی انجام پذیرفت و داده‏های مصاحبه‏ای و اسناد مکتوب مرتبط با فعالیت این شرکت‏ها تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد قابلیت‏های پویا بر مزیت رقابتی شرکت‏های مشاورۀ مدیریت اثرگذارند، اما این تأثیر به‎طور مستقیم نیست؛ بلکه قابلیت‏های عملیاتی، قابلیت‏های اعتمادساز و جهت‏گیری استراتژیک شرکت، در این رابطه ایفای نقش می‏کنند.

Presenting a Model of Competitive Advantage of Management Consulting Firms Based on Dynamic Capability Theory

چکیده [English]

The present study has been done with the aim of exploring the effects of organizational dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage in consulting firms. To do so, a grounded theory method was used which was suitable regarding the explorative nature of the research. Seventeen consulting firms were the research sample. The CEOs and members of board of directors of these firms were interviewed. The interview data and other written firms’ documents were analysed. The results showed that organizational dynamic capabilities were effective on competitive advantage of consulting firms. Operational capabilities, trust-building capabilities, and firm strategy also played important roles in this relationship.
