ارتباط میان چابکی نیروی کار و نوآوری محصول جدید (مطالعۀ موردی: شرکت‎های کوچک، متوسط و بزرگ در صنعت فناوری بالا)

چکیده

در دنیای امروز پیچیدگی، بی‎ثباتی و پیش‎بینی‎ناپذیری تغییرات محیطی، رهیافت‎ها و مفاهیم طراحی سنتی، سازمان‎ها را تحت تأثیر قرار داده است. از این رو سازمان‎ها باید بتوانند به این تغییرات پاسخ دهند و تلاش کنند نیروی کار خود را به سمت چابک‎شدن سوق دهند. پیش‎رفتن در مسیر چابکی، می‎تواند سازمان‎ها را به سمت بهره‎برداری بهتر از نیروی کار هدایت کند و بهره‎برداری بهتر، بهبود و پیشرفت عملکرد کارکنان را به همراه دارد و در نتیجه موجب دستیابی سازمان‎ها به ایده‌های جدید و به‎دنبال آن، موجب تسهیل نوآوری در سطح شرکت و سازمان می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط بین چابکی نیروی کار و نوآوری محصول جدید است. جامعۀ آماری آن 170 شرکت بزرگ، کوچک و متوسط در سطح کشور است که همگی در صنعت فناوری بالا فعالیت می‎کنند. به‎منظور جمع‎آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. پایایی کل پرسشنامه با محاسبۀ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 811/0 به‎دست آمد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار Smart PLS2.0 بررسی شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین چابکی نیروی کار و نوآوری محصول جدید ارتباط مثبتی وجود دارد. علاوه‎براین، مؤلفه‎های چابکی نیروی کار، یعنی کنش‎گرایی، انعطاف پذیری و تاب‌آوری، نیز با نوآوری محصول جدید رابطۀ مثبتی برقرار می‎کنند.

چکیده [English]

In today's world of complexity, uncertainty and unpredictable environment Bvdntghyyrat approach and traditional design concepts, organizations are affected. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to these changes and try to push your workforce to liven. Agility can go forward on the path towards better utilization of labor organizations guide. This operation can be better used in improving the performance of employees. Thereby achieving organizations are looking to new ideas and facilitate innovation throughout the company and the organization. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between agility and innovation of new products pay for labor. The population consisted of 170 large companies, small and medium enterprises in the country that are working all the high-tech industry. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 811/0. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling software and Smart PLS2.0 were studied. The results indicate that the positive relationship between agility labor and innovation of new products there. In addition, components of labor activism agility, flexibility and resilience are also positively correlated both with the innovation of new products.
